Nancy Blake Nall, age 62 of Carthage died Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday at Calvary Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Bill Cooper and Rev. Joe Johnson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12:00 in the sanctuary.

A native of Moore County she was a daughter of the late Bradley and Rebecca Baldwin Blake. Nancy graduated from Sandhills Community College with a degree in recreation and had been most recently working for Harris Printing the last 11 years. She was a Sunday School teacher for over 25 year first at Glendon Independent Christian Church and later at Calvary Baptist Church of which she was a member.

Nancy was always full of life and had an outgoing personality. She loved the outdoors, hiking and traveling. She also loved her cats.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years John Nall and a brother David M. Blake.

She is survived by her daughter Johnna Blake Nall Marley and husband Christopher of Robbins; brothers William R. Blake and wife Alma of Candor, Robin Blake and wife Jackie of Elerbee; sister-in-law Mary Blake of Aberdeen; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 548 Marley Road, Robbins, NC 27325, or to FirstHealth Hospice Foundation, 150 Applecross Road, Pinehurst, NC 28374.
