Hector Cruz

Hector Cruz 52, passed Friday, June 22, 2018, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, surrounded by his family.

Funeral service will be 4:00 PM, Monday, June 25, 2018 at Pleasant View Friends Church, officiated by Reverend Jacelyn Jones. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 3:00 PM and at other times at 26 E Hemp Street, Robbins, NC.

Hector was a native of Mexico.  He worked in construction for many years.  He was devoted to his wife and children and would do anything for them.  Hector enjoyed boxing and soccer. He loved to be the jokerester in the family.  He liked all spanish music and enjoyed working on cars. His mother was his world and he was the “Best Friend” you could ever have. Hector was preceded in death by father: Celerino Cruz Geronimo; brother: Celso Cruz.

Hector is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Michelle;  daughters: Wendy Cruz, Nora Cruz; sons: Cody Cruz and wife Anjel, Charles Cruz;  7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; mother: Abundia Andrade Medina; 3 sisters; 2 brothers; many nieces, nephews and friends.
