Janet P. Christie, 95, of Southern Pines, died Friday, April 27, 2018.
She was born in Scotland to the late Robert and Anna (Peebles) McFarlene.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Christie; and her sister Anna. She is survived by two sisters, Christine and Ishbol, both of Scotland; and her dear friend, Suzanne Regan.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 3, at the Chapel at Pine Knoll.
